lol, I know this pain
Yesterday was more successful.... had 9 on the books - one reached out to reschedule for next week - no problem there.

Of the 8 remaining, 1 no showed - but another person found out we were doing this and showed up with his resume - he was actually a really good applicant as well.

Of the 8 we interviewed I think we're pursuing 5 of them.

Got my plants, the pink princess is a huge leaf! The mini monstera looks so gorgeous. No roots, just cuttings so hopefully things go well!

Pothos
Maybe Peace Lily
Spider Plant
Snake Plant
What's this one? My co worker has it in a dish of water. It's very shiny. Like glitter.

Nobody I hire in this business lasts long enough for me to even train them. Rare for me to find a good one

Forgot to tell you yesterday, if you have any pothos add cuttings of that to the water for both. They release a rooting hormone into the water that helps encourage other cuttings to root sooner.

Off to the Lakeland store to help them out today, heading in earlier so I can steal their PC to check applicants background checks.

Then off to my old store to pick up 3 boxes of all the pogs and strips for the new store for next week and give them my keys back.

Burned my tongue on coffee already :upside-down-face:

I didn't know that! But I actually don't have any left, I had tons when I had my 75g planted tank but I gave it all away when I shut down the tank.

Does store bought rooting hormones work ok?

I'm sure it will. I've never needed to try because I just trim pothos everytime lol. Who's cheap now?

I found a lady really close to me that has plants for sale on FB, gonna pick up some pothos, also an angel wing begonia and maybe others. Hopefully this afternoon.

Tank chores for today:

Order remaining parts for light frame
Fill ATO on cube
Clean pico walls
Feed minimaxis

Start plumbing accessories in peninsula???

We've got these free garden stands around the valley that almost always have free pothos cuttings. It's a grab something, leave something network. We've got some cool stuff off and on.

Spent a little bit of yesterday collecting from the yard. Need to pick up some pectin, but making jelly today and probably some syrup. Freezing the rest to use in some mead later once we get that area usable in the house.

You get my husband's feet and my feet :face-with-tears-of-joy:

I think Wednesday we're going to start pulling the muscadines. The juniper is almost ready as well.

Alarm company woke me up at 630 this morning because the new store has been on trouble (because construction) for more than 3 days. I told them to put it on test.

I finally got the rest of what I needed to make the moss poles for plants so I think I'm going to try to knock that out today as well.

Upcoming peninsula expenses:

Lid
Rock
Sand

I honestly think that's all I still need to purchase for certain.

Possibly additional powerheads but not guaranteed yet.
