Moved Centre Pompideux to its new home today.
Emptied tank and sump.
We used two mover's dollies, strapped and blocked them to the stand. They are actually very tough, Already had them under the tank when i did a full water test.
Out garage, short corner to the entrance way, ramp into house. Its now resting and waiting to be pushed into its final position i'm done with some cable management is done. The dolly wheels found every nook and cranny between garage and house floor. Thick shipping box cartons laid out flat helped mitigate this problem.
only the main door jamb caused a little problem and we ended up lifting the contraption an inch.
I'm using lots off "wyze" plugs to control power until i can buy a Hydros system. I can program each outlet pretty easily and have access from anywhere via wifi.
See if you can make sense out of this

Using Wyze outdoor plugs to have some protection. They are very reliable and rugged. Using one on my patio for 5 years now. Never had a failure. (Knock on wood) Recovers after long period without power.
The cabinet doors are in a safe place for now until all is done.
My wife is going through acclimatization. I'm sure she will cycle though this quickly. The tank looks bigger in the living room than the garage.
On think did not work out. I planned a detail wrong for my skimmer. I never measured it's hight, so.... when it came to installation time I discovered that i needed an extra inch hight in the cabinet to be able to take the top skimmer bucket on and off.
Its a Somatic 120s, very tall and fat as a goose. Fits great in the sump outside of the cabinet. When I planned the cabinet I forgot that the the hight of the floor board reduces the head space.
So now, i have a brand new somatic 120s skimmer for sale

Could use a suggestion for what i could replace it with.
(Less than 18" hight, footprint less than 8" ) if it can deal with 100 gallons its probably enough since i will run a roller filter.
Started working on the aquascape.
Here is my assembled rubble.
Made a frame of 1/2 pvc pipe which will hopefully give me some guidance.
Planning to have a mixed reef. Max Hight be 75% with a 3 inch space going around on the bottom to be able to siphon the sand and access it from all sides.
Planning on a 4 to 5 inch sandbed, hence the markers on the side.
Its my first time i will actually glue things together. Watched a ton of BRS videos. Have some inspiration to keep it open but not quite as drastic as negative space aquascaping. Looked at a thousand examples, some are close but not quite what i want.
Need Inspiration ..... something i can buy???

As you can see, i have not gotten far. Its 104 F on my patio. Brain dried out.
Soon more ....
