Apologies to cromag but it's been a rough 24 hours for multiple reasons (skimmer pump also died and wouldn't restart after the 48 hr downtime so moved to a backup) and I took it rather personal insinuating algae all over the tank and other issues. I didn't even have a cyano problem when I used it which is the even crappier part. I was just trying to push the limit on maintenance because I had the stuff lying around.

What governing body requires them to respond within 24 hours? I'm not doubting you, just never heard of that.

This is very true I'm sure they're very tight-lipped but in my field and in their field they have to respond to my question within 24 hours or I can fine them $10,000 so we will get an answer I promise

I didn't mean to make that sound conceited I'm very sorry and I apologize I'm just stating that I am in that field and I am above them in the field so when we're talking about drugs if there's a question I can get an answer that's all I was trying to say so I apologize if I came off rude

I sure hope you can finally get them to admit what is in their product! They have been very elusive so I wouldn't be surprised if lawyers would need to get involved. I sure hope you get the straight answer from them!

N Medical prescribing and prescriptions of any dosing Humane and inhumane comes through FDA FDA approved the process that truly stated compounds are used in a controlled fashion to become a stable Baseline one that bass line is used then I can get approved for marketing but I have to help improve That Base Line that's why I am into the drugs so I wasn't trying to sound like a know-it-all but I know they have to respond to me within twenty-four hours or I can prolong their drug whether it be on the shelf or not. I have a honest question when is another compounds order ribs are enzymes or any bacterial fighting.i know that have been proven or else they wouldn't be on the Shelf but I would like to compare those compounds with numbers that I have on my own so asking them for the simple request should not be a big deal because they have had to submit the information before they got it released to go on the Shelf.

I agree. It's why I enter to know what the chem does. If it's a anti bac or an oxidizer.
I would want to know if there was a drug reaction or a bad mix.
Or was it a perfect storm.

So in other ways I'm done with all this it's been very interesting you guys have taught me a lot on this thread so if anybody would like to know the results I can post them at another time after I get them if not not a big deal I just wanted to do this for myself to see how I feel with my determination of the product I hope everyone has a wonderful evening

Lala I got a response email so they're doing this two ways they can send you the information of the compounds enzymes and materials and their laboratory product but I cannot release the chemicals that they use on their Baseline of the product because that is their trademark which I can respect that but I canrelease the numbers that I have against the numbers that I have acquired without violating their protocol and lookee there it's not even 2 hours and I got a response

yes they have to send me all of their compound numbers that were recorded in the laboratory to create the drug so all of these numbers are laboratory based numbers used to the percentage of the amount of microliters of the drug. At that point and gives a baseline of the drug showing all the compounds components and adjectives based on a milliliter

They have to it's like an msds but they don't have to release the concentrations or recipe. As that's the secret part. .
