I find BRS, Marine Depot & Premium Aquatics customer service is great. I've had issues with orders from all 3 and they addressed the issue ASAP.
Buckets of salt cracked and leaked out (compliments of UPS - left a trail from street to my front door) BRS sent out next one next day shipping - no charge.
Return pump from Marine Depot damaged in sealed box from mfgr, took a pic they sent new one out pronto and return tag for defect - 2 days turn around.
Premium Aquatics - no hassle, immediate replies and overnite replacements.
It's customer service like this that keeps me a customer - EVEN when it's NOT on sale. Those that make me jump through hoops to get warranty after showing them pics and proof of damage go to my spam folder forever. As they say in my business, "you only get one chance to make a good first impression"
