After countless hours and 100s of changes, here is what I am finally going with:
Operating the UV off its own pump, probably an Eheim 600
Operating the Carbon GFO reactor off its own pump, MJ1200
Using an adjustable return pump, probably the Eheim 2000
Returning the UV discharge back to the sump
