Any chance of selling the headunit alone for us with an already up and running system. I like the stand. I have mine mounted in the garage, but for those who have to pull it out on the weekends to make water, that would be a nice feature.

The head unit has to be used with all the electronics (switches, probes, leak detector and booster pump) which a good majority of the cost endured into the creation of the RO unit. We will offer the parts on our site as replacements but it may be hard to handle any type of support for such applications.

Thanks for all the info Jeremy, I just pre-ordered one with an extra canister as you explained for the Choramine.
Is it possible to make it attached to the rack unit or do I have to bring out the DIY toolbox?

Very cool. The auto membrane flush is worth the price alone. I've been thinking of doing this with my apex but have never gotten around to it.

Is it possible to setup a recurring timer, like run for 3 hours every 7 days? That would keep ATO container full all the time.

Is it all 24 volt? If so it may be plug and play with all the stuff I already have! :)

Unfortunately there is not a way to apply another single canister to the frame. However if you drill an additional hole in the back frame you can mount it on the back side of the RODI if you are not wall mounting it. If you plan to wall mount the RODI then just mount the prefilter next to the intake of the RODI.

The time only allows for one time settings or it will be preset for the next time but does require you to manual start the timer. I ended up placing my unit here on a digital timer to run for 5min-10min a day which fills my top off tank. So every morning my top off tank is replenished automatically. A float switch in the tank shuts the RODI unit down when full.

What if I don't need a booster pump? My water pressure alone runs my current setup at around 65-70PSI according to my gauge.

Think I will stick with my Spectrapure UHE-100. It runs at less than 1:1 waste ratio, still produces between 125 and 150 GPD at 99.4% rejecion rate despite being over 7 years old, includes dual DI, a 0.2micron sediment filter, 0.5 micron carbon block and an individually hand tested and guranteed 99% rejection rate RO membrane and has a proven track record. I must say though, it is nice to see others stepping up their technology.

Have mine coming with in two weeks will let you guys know how I like it but I already know "that I just like it"
