Custom corner drop off tank diy

Problem with small claims, you may win your case but they may still not pay you. Meaning you have to pay court fees yourself anyways.

Awesome Project..
As a Business owner myself I find it Despicable that they will not make this right , You should have a option to end the Contract with them and receive a Discount on there work/ product for enough for you to get it elsewhere If they can not fulfill there obligation .
With this being a internet transaction your best recourse or a way to squeeze them Contact local chamber of Commerce.. Local small business associations and County attorney in the Town or city ,Local community where this guys/ gals shop is at.
Posting online or reporting to BBB Is a waste of time. Give them a bad name Locally..

When i go behind shabby work or Contractors who run off on Home Owners this is how tell them to deal with it.If i did bad work or not completed one job I would loose many...

Sorry for your troubles and Good Luck...

OHH The van in your shop "The one with sun glasses on the hood" Is Identical to mine.. Weeeeeee

I received a letter from my bank stating that they will refund me my money out of their pocket till there investigation is done. But that takes up to 90 days but if the company actually does there job and get me my acrylic then they take back there refund. So I'm still stuck cuz the company can still have a chance to send me my stuff so I don't want to go ahead and get what I need with the refund. :/

Yea so I guess either way I'll get what I need weather I have to go somewhere else to get it get it from the original place but now it's just a longer waiting game.

I started contacting acrylic companies last week for prices so hopefully hear something this week. I also removed the section of wall in my kitchen to bring the tank into the house. The knotch in the hardwood is what was removed gain about 16 inches so it should be no problem getting through there, I have 48 inches now. So next step is assembly. Also debating on a Neptune purchase for a controller. I have a reef keeper now but feel like I can do alot more with the Neptune.
