I also picked up 4 margarita snails to help with the diatom outbreak I'm having. They've been in the tank a few hours and they're already making some headway.

Tonight's update! Another part of the sexy coral pack goes into the nano. Here's a pic...I know it's still on the frag disk...I'm still deciding on what part of the real estate to glue it to.

Also, meet the newest tank addition!! He's tiny and has freaked me out at least a couple of times because he stops moving completely for minutes at a time! LOL

This will be the last fish added to the cube. I LOVE his personality!

I like it a lot. It looks almost radioactive under the blues. ...but it's not as cool as the other favia that came in that box. ...but that's still a couple of days from being added... ;-)

Ok. So after a long weekend of aquascaping and messing around in the big tanks, I'm long overdue for an update.

First, I finally decided on a place to put the PPE Chalice.

And... here's another few pieces from Mike over at Sexy Corals (part of that box package I got).

I think these are the Cherry Charms (I need Mike to verify this).

Next is the SC Red Devil Paly

...and we've still got a few pieces left from Mike that I'll be posting soon. :bigsmile:

Here's another coral from my box of Sexy Corals. This is one of the coolest favias I've ever seen! It is the SC I'm Too Sexy Favia!

This is after placement. Feeder tentacles have come out during feeding, so I'm thinking this guy is happy.

Here is the last of the corals from my box of Sexy Corals. This is one of my favorite chalices - the SC Morphing Mummy Eye. It's absolutely beautiful! Glows amazingly under the blue LEDs!! :bigsmile:

Here it is still on the frag disk after I got it.

Here it is mounted on the live rock in the nano.

I love this piece!!!

Here is the video confirming the receipt of all nine corals I got from Sexy Corals (the receipt is in post #80 of this thread). Total budget used so far is $244.50.

This video was taken on the same day as the unboxing, and is before the corals were mounted on the rock work.

Here is tonight's update. I have two acans I got at the RR Live Sale. Here is the receipt for both. Half of $2.50 is $1.25, so this brings my total budget to $245.75 so far.

And here they are in the biocube.

...and you might have noticed my starfish in cool hanging/sitting pose in the shot of the first acan. Here he is again along with something to think about...we'll call it "Lessons from no-brained inverts"

...and since tomorrow is everyone's least favorite day of the week...

Just had to move the two new acans to a different spot in the tank. Looked like they were getting too much light and weren't happy about it. I'm also working to setup my new Seneye Reef that I got from Reef Radiance which will monitor critical levels (and PAR) in the nano.
