Not sure if this is an Emergency, feel free to move if needed but I do need a little help here.

Not sure what is on my fish. As a note I did have some carbon get into the display tank due to not shaking it. I have vacuumed out most of it though. Looks too big to be a spot from rubbing on carbon but idk?

Double checking water params now.

+1 ^^^ that damsel was giving the wrasse the stink eye. Any aggression in the tank between them?

This was the most aggression I've seen so far in the video. This was after 2 or 3 days in the tank together I believe. Wrasse was just starting to come out of hiding in the sand. I thought the aggression had calmed down but not sure. I work from home tomorrow so I'll be able to watch them all day and sww.

I believe it is an injury now. Just noticed my clownfish have nipped back fins. Everyone seems calm...don't mind the cloudiness slowly adding salt water as top off water to raise salinity.

Wrasse is sleeping already which is normal. He eats then goes to bed.

Thank you!

I think I would QT him and start with Metro in his food, metro, Kanaplex, furan2 or NFG in the water. Does that spot have any hint of red or “bruising “ to it? If it’s an injury it will need to heal and not be aggravated by any possible aggression from another fish.

If you don’t mind me asking, is something else going on in your tank? I see on your screenshot of your tank params you’ve done 3 W/C’s over thee last 3 days.

That was last month when done cycling. Fish added after the day after the last big water change. Since then I have done weekly water changes but I do not log it. I figured it would be harder to track my carbon and other events if I filled in every water change. I have not missed a weekly water change (done every Friday like clockwork 10%).

Yeah I guess it would help if I remembered we are in Feb now

No worries, it's a bit confusing since I don't log my weekly water changes.

So to recap the wrasse has an injury and the clown fish both have nipped back fins. The clown fish also seem to be still fighting for dominance. Seems the smaller one is putting up a fight. So not sure what in the heck is going on.

So not really sure to do about the whole royal rumble going down in my tank. I plan to work from home tomorrow and will sit on the couch and sit facing the aquarium. Maybe I will catch the aggressor in the act. It's weird because everyone seems chill every time I look at them. But then again they are probably just thinking about food so they are behaving in the moment.
