Deep Blue 80 downgrade build

When the power goes out on your return pump your sump will overflow. You need to leave room for that last bit of water coming through the pipes.

Edit: I forgot, you had a tank before, you know this already, my bad

Here's the sump

The mark on the sump is so I know water level is low and not to fill over that mark.

It's just the old-school way. :-)

(It will make the tank a lot harder to flow properly and therefor harder to keep clean too, FWIW...not the end of the world though! :))
