This tank has truley decided to test my patience. Something i used to think i had alot of lol.
Alk 7.67 same as last night
Mg 1425 up
Ca 450 really up.
I have the purple ag jugs for dosing containers. Later tonight i am going to take the lid off and stir them good. I shook them well and let them sit a day before using them but maybe they didnt get mixed well enough

I didnt have enough reagent left check mg. I will have go into Baton Rouge tommorrow and get a new kit.

Hey at @Anirban I didnt get to do all of my test last night I was visiting a friend who is recovering from a stroke.
I did check the alk last night it was 7.67

Good evening @Anirban I spent the afternoon trying find a mg test kit. My usual store was out of salfriet and other store is closed on Mon. Box stores didnt have one and i will not be able to get one till Friday. Good news is i got enough out of my bottles to do one one more test.

You need a new one. You can order it from amazon too. Your reading are high possibly because its at the very end.

Yup, its great. Last 96 hour it varied only .12. I will take that as great.
Hey @Anirban how are you this evening? I had to order a mg test it should be here in a few days.
Alk was 7.5 and Ca was 420 tonight. I should do a water change soon but i wanted to get the reef salt in so i could go back to using it instead of the probiotic.

I think this is time when I say you are dialled in successfully. Get the Mg kit and salt. Just measure Alk and Ca for couple more days then just measure Alk no need to measure Ca.
