Do all clownfish become jerks?

I currently have a few different types od clownfish in different tanks- a pair of maroon, a cinamon clown, and a pair of mocha storm ocillaris. All five of them are jerks not to other fish but to me!
The maroon clown, despite of its reputation actually are the tamest. They dont attack unless I am literally touching their anemone.
The cinamon clown would literally jump out of the water to bite me if he can, even if I am feeding.
The mocha storm pair are hosting a goniopora colony and have become increasingly aggressive recently. Funny thing is they allow the yellow tang to literally sit on the goniopora but wont let my hand get within two feet radius!
Are your clowns jerks to you too?

but my ocellaris are gentle and relaxed

I have a mated pair and the female is brutal!! I have to shoo her away with an acrylic rod whenever my hand is in the tank. If my girlfriend is looking at the tank, she'll charge the glass and keep hitting it to make her go away. I'm her best friend when its dinner time though

I'm surprised at how aggressive my gsm clowns are to me. I'd think they would give me a break because they recognize me bringing food and are super friendly ( as long as I just pour it in). But reach in the tank anywhere and they are like guided missiles on the attack.

It’s very common. They become very territorial, especially when they’re getting ready to lay eggs. The funny thing is some of them are smart enough to learn where to bite in order to get the best reaction

Bought my clown as a juvenile maybe 8-10 months ago and I'd always think, "wow,,, he's so peaceful", whenever I'd see posts like this.

Just within the last few weeks, he's now started aggressively attacking my hand pretty much every time it's in the water,,, even breached a little to bite me when my had was about an inch above the water when I was attaching ATO fill tube.

I have 6 pairs, and yes. All become jerks. I can watch my one female bite, then spit out a chunk of skin. Another female occasionally jumps out of the water at me when i approach to feed. I constantly have marks on my hands , and right now, one has turned into cellulitis, and im on antibiotics.

Same. My GSM Felicia is a B*!
Luckily, she always seems to want to get my rings b/c they're shiny. Doesn't hurt, but I still yell Bye Felicia! and shoo her away just as aggressively as she attacks my sapphires!

Yup. I've had a couple over the years repeatedly do reflex tests by yanking on the hair on the back of my hand.

I have one too! I just recently started in the hobby and I have a chair on each side of my tank- one for me and one for the cat! What color is yours?

Hes a beast. Mine is 4 months. Her mother is 22lbs, and her Father is 25. My other 2 cats are 70 and 80% Maine Coon, which is why we decided to get a pure-bread. They are 17 & 19 lbs and are 3yr 9 mos.

My mocha female loves to bite, and already has list of kills: firefish, her male, and possibly my royal gramma.
Question - what breeds are your evil occys? Curious to see if certain breeds are in fact meaner or not.

My 3 year old Ocellaris just started biting me. Scared the crap out of me when it first happened. Now I try and use something to keep her back if I remember.

Definitely got some bacteria in it, scabbed over kinda weird
