Purple stylophora.

Sure it's cool looking when it's a nice mature colony, but it's tough to cut, sucks up a ton of ALK and CAL, and shades everything thats near it.

I cannot cut it with bone cutters anymore. I do have a small wire saw for fine finish work that I use, but it's a huge PITA. I seriously wish I could find an underwater band saw, I would rid my tank of this thing!

Nothing new about that method. That's how we did it back in the day.

Naa I'm only about 2 hours from the border. Depending on where in Ontario, might only be another 5 or so.

I think no matter what way I go Niagara is about 3 hours
