Finally starting up the new (In-wall) tank

you can go two ways... but I would not bend the bulkhead on the container....

1st, use a few 45s to make it meet up with the other PVC run.
2nd, insert a section of PVC and using a heat gun to soften and make it pliable, bend the PVC to line up with the tee.

For the Top vertical tank that gravity feeds into Tank "A". I was going to add a regular PVC Valve but it sticks out way too much and would need to curve under the stand. Is there another fitting I can add to make it more low profile? like a plastic faucet with an adapter to connect flex tubing?

Maybe something Similar to these fittings but more appropriate for storing RODI . Just dont know the name of it or what to order. Whats your suggestion?

Yeah that's fine it shouldn't cause any problems with the flow.
