I was feeding my fish today when I noticed White spots all over there fins and body! I'm pretty sure its ich, but I'm not sure what to do, I don't have a QT and Im afraid to dose anything into my DT it has corals and anemones. What should I do?

Does anyone here know if methylene blue is just a dip or should be dosed? I dosed it but now all Im seeing is people using it for dips.
I've used it to dose a QT before and it was extremely stressful on the fish. You can get Fritz's coppersafe online cheap and it's easy to dose.

If I had any criminal instincts, supplying our reefing brothers and sisters down under with needed supplies sounds like a money maker!
Apparently large initial outlay for approvals in a relatively small market?
Am told 20k Aus just to play

Coppersafe is illegal in Australia.

The only legal treatment available at the moment seems to be a product called Reef evolution Quarantine, which is copper sulphlate/citric acid based and is really difficult to dose correctly and needs to be ramped up over a few days.

Cupramine is still on a few shelves. Should grab a bottle or 2 just in case.

Update- I know nobody here cares but just wanted to let everyone know the medications I used seems to be working, I only see 1 spot on my clownfish, and the royal gramma appears to be ich free. still got a long while before they go back into the DT but their improvement boosted my spirits!

Would you recommend changing the water to remove the medication?
Missed this question. Yes, water changes to remove medications is the best route. Many meds will also get removed to some extent by activated carbon---however that's better for getting rid of small amounts and remember that not all meds are removed by carbon. Very glad your fish are doing better!

Remember the life cycle of ich. Fish free doesn't mean the ich is dead in the tank.
