Not really water is still ro/di. Had it in a small tub of vingar to clean then ran in sump with some salt just to test. So far seems likebit should be a good skimmer. Only thing i def dont like is the skimmer cup had a rubber seal on it that makes the cup very hard to remove but provides a great seal. It is removable but when you do water leaks a bit. Not sure what im going to do about it

My skimmer is the same way, the O-Ring gasket makes it difficult to remove and replace the cup. It's seemed to loosen a little over time, or I could just be getting used to it.

Man i wish but gotta get stable first haha just got another heater in today. Using 250w and 300w eheim jager for a 40b lol. Those last few cold days tank dropped to 73 with just the 250w. Well see how it does now.
