I have the ammonia alert badge and it is "yellow" so basically no ammonia.
Prazi pro can cause bacterial blooms and deplete oxygen levels quickly.I checked the ammonia a few days ago and it was 0.25mg/dL or 2.5ppm which is pretty low. I still did another 25% water change. A bit cloudy still and fish doing ok.
I did a 50% water change last weekend and then used Quickstart bacteria again to try to get the biological filter going. I waited 48 hours and dosed prazipro last night. Will treat for five more days and do 25% water change. Following that I will treat for another 3 to 5 days with prazipro and another 25% water change. After this the fish will be finished with the QT copper and prazipro as well as the 70 day fallow period. They will go back into the display tank in 10 days. Finally. All look great at this time.
I'll introduce the first fish back to DT tomorrow. Does anyone suggest doing a freshwater dip?
They have already been through 30+ days of copper and 2 rounds of prazipro and look great.

Why did you choose the selection of fish entry? Temperament?
