Going threw an algae bloom

And honestly unless the GHA gets into your coral heads, even though it's ugly, it shouldn't kill off anything. All my zoas were covered with GHA and survived. The LPS were surrounded but I pulled out around them to give breathing room. Only one got GHA inside a couple heads and did not survive. Manual removal is critical too.

taking some water to my LFS to get check as I buy new kits
Don’t know why you’ve been sent down this water parameter dead end, algae grow at ultra low levels as well as higher levels. You’ve gotta give your clean up crew a helping hand, maybe extra mouths.

was my over feeding clowns didn`t take too large mysis or small mysis like brime shrimp one block every 2 days but the rest of uneating mysis was still in the tank so there is my problem

Mostly my fault with over feeding fish didn`t like large mysis or small mysis brime shrimp fine 1 block every second day pellets about 20 per feeding every other day will get this under control soon

My DT is 65 gallons, I had a variety of snails, hermits and emerald crabs and my jungle grew bigger and bigger. I added 3 tuxedo urchins and 2 turbos and raised magnesium to 1500. Everything totally gone in 3 weeks time.

Sounds more that you starving the fish than over feeding.

Simple. Get an urchin and 2 turbo snails. Problem gone in a few weeks.
Fake news! dang I wish people would stop recommending urchins for algae.75% of the time they ignore algae. better of leaving them in the ocean.

How can it be fake if it worked perfectly for me and many others who have also shared their experience?

Do you know what the primary custodian is for large reefs in the ocean?

is short as of now
Mine was an inch or two long, flowing like sea weed and everywhere in my tank except shady spots. I would hand place the urchins and turbos right in the middle of the thick stuff and they would eat their way out. The urchins actually chewed through some of the rock surface leaving it white.

Tuxedos are awesome urchins for algae. I have never had one that didn't mow down algae.

They do a great job. Mine is currently hungry and eating down to the rock. He is small and will grow.
