We went for two and left with four. Now all of the bigger ones have been moved to the dining room table that we never use. A full spectrum spot light bulb will be here later today for the overhead light ( gotta love Amazons same day delivery).

My dog hates it. Had thunder for nearly an hour long last night, and she was shivering like someone who got pulled out of an icy river. Cloudy and humid, but happy afternoon~!

discovered weighted blankets help a lot. He actually fell asleep during the storms we had last weekend with the blanket

Got back a while ago from Reefapalooza NY. Pockets are empty. No lunch money for July

Occupancy "limited" to 1,000 for each session (2 per day). Gotta say, it was a little freaky being shoulder to shoulder with 1,000 unmasked people. Been a long while.

Terrible pic under some soft T5 light for now. I QT new stuff in my LPS tank for a bit before dipping. The "pop" under this set of bulbs isn't fire, but you get the idea.

I roast my own coffee since I prefer a light roast. I order green beans from https://www.sweetmarias.com/. It also allows me to get a variety of beans from around the world.

My preference is Ethiopia coffee because of its flavor.

How do you roast your beans? Do you have a proper roaster? I have wanted to try this for so long!! Happy good morning (now evening) to everyone!!

we got lucky with Rusty as far as rain goes. He’s not a fan but if he needs to do his business he still will go out.

We just had massive thunderstorm rolling by. I'd take pictures of our dobie hidding under pillows. But, my son always runs off with the phone. I think our hounds are spoiled....

I know the question isn't for me. However, I use an iron skillet. There's methods of how to on youtube. I can't go back to buying the beans out of the store anymore.

Yup, my fearless dobie isn't much different. Only, she does that next to me by my bed with my pillows. But, she's a velcro dog. I only half way knew what I was getting into when we got her.

Rusty is just about a Velcro dog. He wants to be wherever we are, doesn’t like it when we go somewhere he can’t etc. he tends to stick closer when scared.

Can’t blame him what with him having been a bait dog and a stray. Pretty sure this is the first time he’s ever been able to be himself. And receive human interaction that isn’t traumatizing.

Thanks! I watched a lot of the YouTube vids but haven't had the nerve to try it. Some of them mentioned lots of smoke with methods like the skillet. Have you had that problem or do you have a way to mitigate this. Some of the vids just said to open a window or use a fan.

LOTS of smoke as you get to second crack. Ventilation is very important.

Thanks for confirming. I better get the ventilation sorted out otherwise my smoke detectors will be screeching!! LOL. I dream of the day I can roast my own beans!!
