Great news update from Neptune!

Clearly they’re having trouble getting it to work. That’s the only logical reason for the delay. Happened with the COR pump, which apparently ended up going back to the drawing board. It’s in their interest to get it to market of course, but only if it works. I find it best to not get all worked up over these things.

Yep - would rather it work correctly, and reliably, before launch. I like the Cor pumps. So far after 8 months of use the 15's that I have run great.

The issue people have is one of communication. You say Q4 release, there's 4 days left, how about some kind of information on what's going on. People are trying to decide whether to buy alternatives, Neptune is just screwing them over.

I wouldn't say ghosted and I would have vaporware. They showed a working unit or prototype. There are just no updates is all for whatever reason. The reason only they alone know.

They like Vertex need to test, develop and perfect their product BEFORE Introduction to alleviate the embarrassment and loss of consumer confidence

My understanding was you could test up to twice a day. I would think neptune would allow the user to decide how many times a day/ week you text parameters. I'd personally test alk twice a day, calcium once and magnesium maybe once a week. Save on reagent usage.

One of the earlier videos I watch on it said the reagent was only good for a month and the minimum number of test was twice a day.
