No one said its new, and as you can see in my earlier post about them from 2012 which is the guy that did the first write up and introduced them to the R2R community.“Frammers” aren’t new (just learned the term from this thread), and nobody “introduced” them. Like I said earlier, I’ve had some in my tank for the past 15 years. The new part is calling it toxic Aussie splatter frammer and charging $350 for it. The coral itself has always been around.
Yea I’m not sure why there has been such a increase in people derailing topics lately. Bottom line in you have a beautiful coral that you got for a great price and is different.I love how controversial this has become lol

I didn't know there was such thing as a Frammer. I just assumed it's just a hammer growing oddly/abnormally?
I got this at LFS for 10 dollars...it has some strange tentacles too...can see them bottom left.

I honestly don't know what any of my euphyllia are...they were bought as no namers or came on live rock.
I guess I should make a thread to get some IDs.

Those are all Hammers not Frammers. Beautiful Euphyllia anyway..

It's a nice euphellia. Call it what you want. When I see one with both, I would say frammer.
