Got the day off, and my wife is literally going into labor! We’re having having a baby!!!

Congrats!

Had some PTO to kill so I am enjoying a 5 day weekend.

Currently I am saving the world one light bulb at a time!!! That's what I said when I started, I work in energy efficiency. Started in a lighting program, then transitioned to building science, weatherization, and HVAC. Right now I am saving parts of Ohio one heat pump at a time!!

Taking a day off. Build counters, showers, out of Corian solid surface and Quartz! I also dabble in Acrylic aquariums (was my only business for over 25 years) and right now Covid-19 barriers for retail stores.

Im lucky enough to have the day off. Just finished tank maintenance. Now tasked with constructing a new burrow for our Sulcata tortoise. Thing grows crazy fast

Then I joined the " Dark Side" of higher education and became a Dean about 4 years ago at my college...but still have my office filled with rocks!

I have the day off, I am an Electronics Tech and work at an FAA Avionics repair facility. Work is starting to pick back up after being REALLY slow. My daughter had a date so i am stuck with doing a water change on her E-170

I work for a large brokerage firm in St. Louis and we get the day off. I’m double lucky today because my mom is watching the fruits of my labor ;Hilarious (My 2 kids). I went grocery shopping and now I get to clean without any interruptions! My boyfriend is getting the grill prepped for smoking ribs and I’ll make the sides later. Hope everyone has a great holiday!

I'm off today. I fix cars and trucks for the past 30 years. Looking for something easier on the body.. BBQ some burgers and sausage Gave the wife a day off from cooking.

I work in IT for an international company. I technically have off today, but working in IT your always connected.

Although I’m trying to take it easy today and doing some tank maintenance and will probably hang on the boat tonight!

Worked for forty years at a research and development engineering lab for aerospace control systems. Recently got unceremoniously dumped due to Covid. So I'll just "retire" a few years early.
Just got back from spending the weekend out in the Palm Springs area where it was an enjoyably cool 122*f!

Taking the day off and working on my main display new build! Transferring corals from another tank I am an Account Manager in the Bay Area, I sell products to the Medical, Semi-conductor, Military, Aerospace, Electronic, Foundry’s industry.

I am enjoying a day. I work with K-2nd grade and back to school has been crazy. Just finished redoing my kitchen cabinets and working on the bathroom ones. Will be installing base boards when they get in and painting more. Our house will look brand new soon. Doing counters too. Just got new carpet.
Worked on tank yesterday, so looking nice to sit and watch a while.
