All orders shipped through me in the us. It usually takes a few days for me to receive an order list. Afterwards I try to ship asap and usually daily

Has anyone had any luck with shipping? I placed my order on 8/31 and have not gotten any tracking. I messaged NooPsyche through their site and they said they will reach out to Zach to ship my order out but that was last week. I even messaged Zach on R2R but no response.

The "shop" app is not very clear as to what the status of it is...It just says "freight"

And this is ultimately why there aren’t more people using Noopsyche. They must not make enough on each unit to prioritize fulfillment.

Yeah unfortunately I’m looking towards just canceling my order if there isn’t an update soon as it’s been almost two weeks now with no confirmation, no order update, nothing. Unfortunate..the lights look good based on reviews but I’d rather not waste $500 for nothing to ship

It’s a great light, but the shipping process really needs to be changed. It’s too bad they didn’t just put them on Amazon or get BRS or premium aquatics to carry them.

There's no communication from Zach. I messaged him two weeks ago and have not heard anything. I've messaged NooPsyche 4 times from when my order was placed to now and all the emails say the same thing: "They'll urge Zach to ship out this week".

Haven’t received anything from either Zach B or NooPsyche yet…emailed them 3 times and still nothing. Disappointed..it shouldn’t take this long to atleast confirm the order and provide any sort of update whether it’s a back order or that it would be a while before shipping. Hoping @Zach B will get back to us shortly…
