@Zach B there seems to be a lot of customers receiving bad customer service.

Unfortunate! Hopefully all is well and he recovers swiftly. Surely NP has other representatives within North America that deal with their products? Obviously unforeseen circumstances happen but for a company to not reply to their customer emails is not a good look!

I had got a message on their website saying he was in an accident but have seen no movement on my order was told again by their website that mine had shipped and would be here this week and still no light order #2767

When did they send you a message regarding your shipping confirmation? Just curious to see what the timeline might be like...If it's coming from China (They are based in Hong Kong from what I can tell) I assume it's going to take a lot longer than it would if Zach B shipped it personally?

Got the message Sunday before last and I ordered on the 2nd and still no light the first light I ordered in may was here in 10 days

Probably best to go with another company at this rate..in my opinion at least. From what I've read online the lights have great reviews however as you can see through the Thread the order processing is quite poor and very delayed. Someone had mentioned potentially due to the fact Zach B unfortunately was involved in an accident, however the company itself does not reply to customer emails, and when they do they are not very helpful..

The reason for my post was nobody tagged @noopsyche. They are probably the only one that can answer when shipping will be resumed.

They are knock off noopsyche, not the real deal.

Well add me to the list of people waiting. Placed order on 9/25. No shipping information yet and no replies to my emails yet. I will probably give it a little more time before disputing with PayPal, but was really needing a new light soon for my tank.

Couple questions to those who had ordered recently.

Is there a promo code valid right now?

Did you have to pay for any PayPal fees at checkout?
I don't use PayPal but this is there only form of payment.
