No but this has been happening to my frogspawn, started as what looked like a nick and has spread. Ph is 8.4 and cal is 430. both checked mutiple times. alk still reads 8dont freak. Do a big water change to begin to reset it..
Compare it to your cal to make sure its balanced and look at your PH, make sure its not dropping at night, sumpless yes?.
FWIW Id bet a dollar I have more corals than you and my alk is lower. Also test 3 times.
Has anything died?
yea thats fine.I only have my phone at the monent but i can try
oh look is having a baby!Might also help to veiw this from the phone app if you have it, that helps for me for some reason.

idk what would be eating it, i have a clown, starry blennie, royal gamma, a hermit crab, cleaner shrimp, and a pom pomoh look is having a baby!
see if you can scratch or slightly crunch the skeleton CAREFULLY. It could have been grown under Cal limited water.
But I think something is eating the coral.

Idk if its worth mentioning the pom pom has no nems anymoreidk what would be eating it, i have a clown, starry blennie, royal gamma, a hermit crab, cleaner shrimp, and a pom pom
no that happens. if theres not enough particulates to feed the nems they die. Ive had pom poms use aiptasia and small shrooms.Idk if its worth mentioning the pom pom has no nems anymore
is it still anywhere on the coral?, its kinnda deep rea but has never spread.
