I don't have any huge issues with ups like I do with fedex. When I see my corals hit the fedex facility in Memphis, TN ... I start praying. I'm sure there's other extremely busy outlets.

They delivered one package of mine somewhere and told me "your package was delivered, what's the issue?"
Yuh, now I won't be buying from LA again because its my fault I didn't get my package while waiting on my front porch. Long story.

They delivered mine this morning (5days late) at 1023am. Then picked it back up at 5:13pm today(while I was at work) just to deliver it back to my house again tomorrow.........felt like I was in the twilight zone

BTW I DID NOT PICK IT UP. They closed at 8 they said well deliver it to you again tomorrow. I said heck no ill pick it up they said ok we close in 9mins and we're 25min away from u so see you tomorrow.

Never done the whole coral postage thing myself, that said I think last I read there was some stupid state fee that I'd be charged if I brought in something, can't remember if it was fish or coral or both...

Don’t get me started with fed ex, they’ve done this to me 3 times since March, I’ve probably spent a solid 8 hrs on the phone with customer service that provide zero service, the 2nd to last time I went to the hub to physically pick up my package where I had to wait 3 hrs for them to “locate” my shipment. Yes I caused a scene. The last time they said they could not tell me what hub my package was at because the seller put restrictions on it. I asked what the restrictions were and they said it’s marked as live valuable animals. So they have to keep it safe until delivery. lol that sounds like a description not a restriction right? Anyway then they said to call the seller and have them remove the restriction and I can come pick it up. It was 7pm at this time 9pm where it shipped from so I’m like seller isn’t available to call the shop is closed and they said well it’s an important call so they probably waited! My mind was blown I had no idea that when people get off work they continue to sit there so they can answer the call they don’t know is coming. sorry that got long I’m still salty.BTW I DID NOT PICK IT UP.
