For the puffer - I would say a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic in a treatment tank - but you may have tried that already?

Just got the Rally since this is a one time dose do I need to do a water change in so many days or it will dissipate on its own. Thanks for everything Carl

dose the tank Friday how many days until water change or it will dissipate on its own. When can I put on skimmer and UV back on, and the one dose is enough. Can you please answer one more question, I have two new fish in a 40 gallon quartile tank Igot this week for my big tank. I dose it Ruby Reef Rally also a day ago am I able to dose copper safe in it for a couple of weeks before movingthex to big tank or should I remove all Rubt Reef before adding copper or it won't make a difference in dose it with Ruby in it. I personally rather leave fish in quarantine for several weeks with out medicating it and if no signs of parasite place them in display tank but everyone advises to treat with low dose of copper during quarantine, your position on this. While ruby can be mixed with coppersafe, I prefere on e or other. If you desire copper, stick with coppersafe only and even follow with a Prazi treatment.
Regarding current treatment, you can run skimmer and UV now and and do water change if test kits suggest water change needed. Take out at least 5 gallons and add1oz of ruby back in
