Hi everyone I have a 13.5 evo and the tank description is in my tank thread, My Duncan's "hairs" are wilted looking and it has not looked happy ever since I bought it, all other corals are happy and levels are in check, what should I do?

Besides potential parameter issues or flow problems, I’d also add that it might need food.

Duncan’s do really well when target fed with meaty foods. And it’s pretty impressive how much they can consume. Really fun to watch them eat.

This is a short video of the flow I keep mine in.

Beautiful duncan @paragrouper ! Mine grows like a weed but isn’t branching, more like if you took a softball and cut it in half and laid the flat side down. A challenge when it comes time to fragging. Is yours branching?

Moderate flow and par. Flow should make the polyps jiggle. Hard to see the flesh band but a 1-2 inch flesh band is a sign of good health. Again we need parameters listed
parameters:
Salinity: 1.026
nitrates, nitrites, and ammonia: 0 ppm
PH:8.0, I do dose marine buffer, so it should be 8.3 with in a couple days
CA: 440-450 ppm
MG: 1350 ppm
PO: 0 ppm
KH: 4.1 Meq/L /11.5 dKH
