Help with tomini tang

I see a discoloration but also still fuzzy images. Again is fish eating and breathing normal today. Flukes is a possibility but flukes and velvet come with symptoms such as elevated breathing, loss of appetite, gasping at surface, hiding, yawning, darting across tank suddenly lethargic behavior, swimming in path of water flow as examples

Could that patchy areas be velvet

Velvet is suspect and in lieu of pics, please post a 30 second video

I dont see fish covered or infected with Velvet nor signs of flukes. Bacterial may however be issue hence discoloration and lack of several alarm signal associated with velvet. May explain response to freshwater dip. Moving forward, I would suggest a 45 minute ruby rally Pro bath and treatment with ruby Rally Pro which will address bacterial, velvet, flukes etc and then continue with regular treatment with ruby rally pro

Thanks ! How do you set up the bath ?

The mouth is slightly extended which is not normal but should retract. I assume fish eating despite this?
