How do you like your Smart ATO?

I have had mine for about 6 months, no issues to report either. One thing I wish was that the cables were longer just in case your ATO container was more remote. They do sell extra cable, but it is very pricey for what it is.

I have had mine about 4 months and really like it. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that when the alert sounds due to low water, I re-fill my RO/DI reservoir, and then have to manually reset (unplug and plug the ATO sensor back in) the sensor for the alert to stop. Is this normal?

Yep. I agree. The only change that needs to be made is that they need to add a reset button.

Good to know that is normal operation. I thought that mine was faulty. So that is a good tip for folks who get one, put it where it is easily accessible.

When I realized that my overfill alert wasn't working, I decided to check into it. I bought mine from Amazon but found out that warranty work is through Coral Vue. I contacted them, we swapped a few emails about it, and they are shipping me a new one (all in 1 day). Man, that is good service. I bought the reefkeeper system in October and have had issues with the modules and the Digital Aquatics customer service is so painful to work with, I had forgotten how nice it is to work with a company with good customer service. I have a reefkeeper elite sitting in the box because the head unit doesn't work and am still waiting for them to ship me another. You don't hear anything, repeated calls, emails, etc....eventually they contact you and say that they will ship it.....still waiting......I checked BBB for them and they have a C-.....I guess that I should have checked that first.

One (( minor )) thing that I don't like is the holder for the supply water line to the tank/sump.

Tonight, I ran the line to the actual tank --- with the height of my sump, and the ATO reservoir I could only keep 9 gallons in there, which will be an issue long term. The rim of the tank (( 210 ) is too wide for the holder. I had to attach it to one of the cross braces --- it works but it isn't in the ideal spot, going to have to redo my mesh screen.

With all that said, I ordered another one for my 65.
