Mine are super sweet. Osc pair. The female gets a little testy with the male at times and he has a safe spot. Aside from that they always come out when they see me get close and when I go in for tank maintenance they always just brush up against my arm a bit like a cat wanting attention. Here's a pic of the female coming to say hi when I approach the tank

Nice Monti!

Love it!!! They so cute to be so naughty!!!
Hilarious - I have a black and white clown that will draw blood any chance she gets. She'll do the same thing with frags I place ever so carefully one day, just to find them laying in the sand or stuck behind another rock I now have to move. I used to think she was cute, but not anymore.

OMG!! I cannot believe all these terrifying stories! But they're so cute.... [emoji33]

My female is a biter, have a mated pair.. I now always put on shoulder length rubber gloves to do anything in the tank.. She was aiming for the skin between my fingers, also likes to sneak upand get the back of my upper arm.
Its really the best practice anyway, wearing gloves, but that little fish grabs onto the gloves, locks on, and tugs on me.. They're only 5yrs old, think I have like 10 more years of this... [emoji15]

I have had my snowflakes for a little over a year now and it is just brutal when i try and put my hands in the tank for anything at all. I'm talking about, blood drawing, calculated attacks towards only the softest and most painful parts of my hands. They even splash me when i get near the surface of the water with my hands. I cannot shoo them away or do anything to stop them from attacking.

Does anyone else have to endure this?

My phantom (aka black snowflake) was very very aggressive while hosting his nem. Sadly my nem died two months ago, sense then my clownfish is playful and fun again, no more blood or splashing! I can actually play him again. So just crazy defensive aggression is what i have written it off as.
