How much time do you spend at the lfs

I try to go every Thursday one of the local fish stores in town does 25% off all saltwater fish etc. it depends on what has come in as to how long I stay, if they received a good shipment then I usually check it out and browse for about 30 to 40 minutes. Some Thursday's I'll stop by another local pet store not to far from the first store to see what tpye of coral frags they have and talk with the guys there for a while as they are pretty helpful and upfront as to what you can accommodate in your tank and how your tank inhabitants will get along or not get along. The local Petco's here in town are just lousy tanks not cleaned and corals looking horrible in their tanks

Sadly I am there so much that they yell at my kids, by name to get their hands out of the tanks or stop running. I can see the relief on their faces when I leave the kids at home.

not much. the LFS arent that great and the product leaves much to be desired. However, the guys that work there are awesome and fun, so thats a bonus. But the store itself wont spend to get the goods.

Ohh man, tough because it depends which lfs I go too. There are two I go to that I am always in and out. Mainly because they have the best price on salt.

But I have two stores that usually require a call stating that I am needed at home before I leave. Or spending too much money, my favorite shop is awful for curing me deals so I'll take two instead of one. Minimum time in that shop. 1 hour

Yeah, did I say I'm picking up two colonies of SPS Friday and a Cbb to boot! Yeah, love this shop.

It is so bad here, every time i say i will be back, my wife tells me not to buy anymore fish, without me telling her that i am going to the LFS.
(WOW does she have some super powers or something)

I go for 1 or 2 hours once a week. Fridays is new fish day.

Before I moved I was at the LFS every Saturday for a few hours before closing.....out to dinner with them then back to the shop to pick up what I bought from them. Expected I lived closer than humblefish!!

Now that I moved the owners have come down twice and I always have them bring me something(s)!!

I try to make it to an LFS at least once a week. Needing more water is a good excuse to visit the local LFS. My kids love it there and I try to bring them every time. Our stays usually last 30-60 minutes depending on which one. Our favorite one is Vivid Aquariums in Canoga Park. Seconded by Jim's exotic fish in El Segundo.

Haaaa i thought i was the only coco one lol... One time i asked the lfs is he seeing me too often because i was there at least 3 times a week just to look at the fish [emoji30][emoji30][emoji23]. Once my tank is up and running again it'll be the norm for me again [emoji51]

Here is my home away from home...at least once a week!

Such a cool place...two stories inside with upper floor saltwater fish and corals. These guys have just about anything you need and if not they can get it quick!
