I cant remember if I reported this before or not but one of my mp10's on the frag system got INSANELY loud. Instead of just shelling out the cash for a new dry side I decided to open it up and see what's up.
Now I should have documented the disassembly better, whoops. I will make up for it with the reassemble, but this is it after using a razor blade to cut off the plastic cover that goes glass side (it's glued on, it took a good amount of pressure and I had to go around the entire dry side bit by bit to pop the glue off.) And I also peeled the mp10 sticker off the back (again, just used a razor blade to start to peel and then used my fingers to pull it off the rest of the way.) Under the sticker were 3 hex screws (not pictured). Next I removed the front magnet cover (not pictured, sorry
) and then removed the 3 Phillips head screws pictured above.
After the 3 screws are removed I pulled back the cover to find 3 very thin washers. They go in a specific order since they go flat/wavy/flat (not pictured, doh!) But the middle is the part you want to pull out, it has the bearings and main magnet assembly. This part was tough to pull out, I had to use a pair of channel locks to get it out. And it still required a bit of muscle!
So there is the culprit! The back bearing is completely worn and shot! The front one looks good but since it's open I will replace both.

The front one rolls nice and smoothly while the back grinds even being spun by hand. So imagine how loud it was running!

I will order new bearings but they won't ship until monday. Hopefully I can get this thing running again by the end of next week.
From the research I did online these bearings are the better replacements to use for mp10's with a assembly date late 2011 and back. So I will be using these
