As I was told normal don’t worry but I just need to make sure because twitching is sign of flukes so I just want to double check the fish also dives but more towards gill side from time to time

While I see the occasional twitching , not sure if habit or twitching. You can give fish a 5 min freshwater dip in water the same temperature as display tank which will dislodge some of the flukes but also offer temporary relief. Look on bottom of container with freshwater for what looks like fish scales- those are worms. Assure you use a CLEAN container. PraziPro will be the treatment to use of flukes

I had 2 fish, a Coral Beauty and a Flame Hawk that contracted flukes in my 90G DT. The CB was scraping against rocks, darting around acting out of the norm and was losing color. It started slowly then got to where it was obvious something was up. I couldn't catch them both (too many places to hide) so I treated the whole tank with PraziPro. I followed the directions 100% and both fish recovered with no issues in the tank for any corals or other inhabitants.

Your fish certainly looks likes he may have something going on. If the evidence you've collected is telling you there's an issue, then better to act sooner rather than later with whatever you decide the next step needs to be. Keep us posted on the situation.

Yeah I’ll see if I can get a video if her diving she’s very camera shy she’s been in the tank for little over a month but doesn’t dart just the twitch and the dive to Gill side other then that eats fine and all

A bucket would be best and freshwater from faucet same temp as display tank. Fish will look or get uncomfortable- That is totally normal. If fish was breathing heavy, this may be a risk.

Will this container be too stressful or should a avoid and prepare the water for tomorrow in a 5 gal bucket

So I finally caught my wrasse he is a separation box I’m going to the fresh water dip is it okay if sand gets into fresh water because he burrowed in the separation box
