iam loose fish bad

Source water can definitely be the culprit. That and lack of sufficient beneficial bacteria.
I would start with an Ammonia test and go from there

i like clean
Clean is good but an established tank should not have pure white rock. Pure white looks nice but the rock should color up as it matures. Looks like a 55 gallon tank maybe? Not a lot of rock there for biological filtration. Looks like you are running canister filters? Do you have bio media in those?

120 gl
and rocks got 8 months ago from store.

What are "normal" filters? There are many types. The kind we need to be able to keep fish alive and thriving, are biological filters. This can be the Rick itself (without cleaning) and lots of flow, or, a canister filter or "hang on the back" type with biological media in it to help break down the Ammonia

I would suggest giving this thread a good read..
Knowing how the basics of a tank work will help you from losing fish.
