iam loose fish bad

You seem vague.
Tell us how you set up your system.
What components do you have? Size and type / brand.
Tank, sump, filtration, lights.
Where did you get your rock and sand. What kind of sand and rock?

What kind of water do you use?
Well or tap water?

Do you use a a water purification RO/DI?

Provide a lot of details we can help you better.

Something else I would recommend. While you are going through this cycling process and researching carefully put together a compatible list of fish.

Looking back at your pics I can see you had multiple damsels, multiple tangs and multiple clowms.

With such a small amount of rock work there is not a lot of territory for some very territorial fish to claim. Would hate to see you go through this process and finally be able to keep your fish alive and healthy, then suffer losses due to aggression issues

will water, over hang 2) 75gph 2 powerheads with sponges.
no ro/di yet
Standard light but going to led
sand from ocean something cant remember name right now
120g tank

salt is at 1.023
Can’t be sure, but the hydrometer in that picture looks higher than 1.023... but even so, you can be lower in a fish only tank

Is there only sponges in the filters? Is there room for bio media? Be sure to rinse your sponges in tank water as they will bace beneficial bacteria not just mechanical filtration.

Yep rather than one big rock pile can make multiple larger islands. Will give the fish more territory as well as more surface area for biological filtration

I think by the sea urchin dying in not catching it in time cause this problem along with too high of ammonia
Can I just say that this group of people on this forum are the most patient and helpful group of people I have ever been a part of. I cringed on the inside at the ammonia levels but I am glad people are willing to help.
yes i agree Awsome and know the hobby very well

Any idea how long the urchin was dead for? I would suggest keep testing ammonia and do 25% WC pretty frequently until the bacteria get established. Seachem Prime can detoxify ammonia as well which doesn't fix the issue but stops all of the death.

Still confused as to why everything is pristine white especially since you are using unfiltered well water. Would have to assume it is adding phosphate and nitrate to the tank

not adding anything
my last tank i had for years and lots of fish lived a long time and was the same way .
i just rinse off the coral with my well water and new tooth brush. ***** off water put.

Wait you are rinsing rock/coral in well water not salt water?

And hence our problem, he is killing off the nitrifying bacteria on the rocks doing that, hence the high ammonia, hence the dead fish...this is the 2nd time he has mentioned doing it that I saw reading through the post.

Edit: to OP, please, PLEASE, don't buy any more poor fish until you let your tank cycle and become more educated on salt water aquariums. I hate seeing fish go like this :(

Right that's what I'm trying to drive home

Now that it should be clear to the OP that he needs to cycle his tank and do some fundamental saltwater research; we need to tackle the next big issue. His water source and tank PH(6.0). George, you are going to need to invest in a RODI unit. I’ve never had to use well water to make clean RODI water, but I’m assuming that it’s pretty tough on the RODI filters. Can anyone chime in on a proper RODI setup with well water?

Agreed. I don't use well either but one of this big issues can be c02. I have seen where people need to make the ro then aerate then run through di
