His fins look white and cloudy, I don't see anything on his body. He's not breathing hard and it eating ok. I have had the fish for a week and he is in my QT tank. Do you think I should treat him for something.

If it's only on the fins, it could be the start of fin rot, in which case an antibiotic or anti-bacterial treatment would be advisable. More importantly, the fish's immune system is affected by something, which could also be environmental, so consider this as well.

One of his eyes kinda looks like it has flukes inside; can I get a closeup?

It would look like this:

Here is a close up. What would you do for treatment?

Oh, yes. Treat with PraziPro.

+1 However I would administer a FW dip first: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

Once flukes reach the eyes that usually means the infestation is heavy. A 5 min FW dip will force some of the flukes off the fish, and then the rest are treatable by using Prazipro. But since prazi works by causing flukes to spasm (and then drop off) ... you always do a FW dip first if you suspect a heavy infestation because too many flukes spasming simultaneously can actually kill a fish.

Thanks for your help on this. Do you think this is to advanced to be able to save him?

Not at all, freshwater dip and prazi. Keep QT water clean and feed your fish well.

Once flukes reach the eyes, the chances of survival are greatly reduced. Mainly because a secondary infection is likely to pop up next, so you will also need to treat with Furan-2 as @Mike_J suggested.

However, I feel you owe it to the fish to do everything you can to try and save him. Because doing nothing is a guaranteed death sentence. :(

Sounds good I will do everything I can to try and save him. Was just wondering what his chances were.

Honestly, you just never know. I think sometimes it all comes down to the fish and his will/fight to live.

When do you think I am ok to do another fresh water dip. And do I wait 5 days to start treating furan-2?

If you did a FW dip today (did you see any flukes fall out?), then you are green lighted to dose Prazipro. Wait 24 hrs and then post another photo so we can reassess his condition (to see if antibiotics are still needed.)

It was hard to tell right when I put him in the fresh water dip he took a huge poop. I went ahead and dosed the pazipro, I will post another picture tomorrow to see what you think.

Here is how he looks today. Do you think I should start the furan-2 today?
