Is something wrong with my fish?!

Yeah that's on the glass.

How are the eyes looking? It looks like he has other "white stuff" on his eye and under the dorsal fin. But I'm not 100% sure if that's just stuff on the glass as well.

Here is another picture. Eyes look a lot better today just a few white marks. His fins still look cloudy. Let me know if you need a better picture.

@Titan Wait 5-7 days, do a 25% WC and then dose Prazipro again.

I feel treating for flukes takes priority here, and I don't want to risk negative interaction/appetite suppression by adding antibiotics unless it's absolutely needed.

Is he eating?

He's not eating as well today as he did yesterday, but eating some. Should I do another fresh water dip?

I like to wait 48-72 hrs in-between FW dips to give the fish time to recuperate.

Can I get close-ups of his fins and eyes? It's a very tough call whether or not to dose antibiotics right now.

Here some more pictures let me know what you think.

I worry about him having something else besides flukes with those latest pictures. The fins look as if they have small white dots on them that resemble velvet. He's not breathing heavy or swimming into the flow of a power head at all is he?

Breathing a little heavy, but not swimming into the flow. He has nothing on his body.

Velvet is the first thing that popped into my head when I saw that too. Copper is going to be rough on this fish, but I feel there is little choice after seeing that closeup of the fin: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/copper-treatment.193343/

@Titan Scrap the antibiotics for now, and start dosing copper (unless you happen to have Chloroquine phosphate on hand.)

Kinda looks like that, but the fins look really cloudy with not a lot of dots.

I hear ya, but those tiny white dots are a game changer. Start raising copper; no need to do a WC at this time but watch out for any cloudy water (bacterial bloom).

I have Cuprion should I start with a half dose?

Maybe It's ICK

Welcome to R2R! It's great to have you here. I highly doubt it's ick based on those pictures, but if we are wrong and it's not velvet but ick, then copper will treat that as well. Either way, it's covered :)

Yes; but get it to therapeutic within 24 hrs.

You have any recommendation on a test kit for copper. I have a salifert copper tester but not getting much of a reading when using cuprion?

cuprion is a chelated copper so you will need the API test kit for that.
