Oh shoot!! Great catch humble!!!! Let's chalk that up to a brain fart :rolleyes:

Cuprion isn't used much because:
  1. It's difficult to read using a hobbyist grade test kit.
  2. The therapeutic range is exactly 0.20 ppm. No wiggle room. o_O

Yeah, bought the stuff awhile ago to have just incase I needed it, didn't realize it wasn't the best one to use. Going to be real hard to check my levels.

You might want to consider chelated copper instead i.e. Coppersafe or Copper Power. You'll also need an API copper test kit in order to measure it.

You'll want to do a water change and run carbon or a poly filter to pull out the cuprion before dosing the coppersafe.
