Watched one get hit by a tube nem the other day. Flipped backwards and kept eating no wonder the sand over there isn't kept as tidy by my two tanks worth of CUC consolidated in one tank.

Ok so then hook up a pump of some sort to push water down through the tubes?

Or you could use a small canister filter with the output pushing down the UGF's tube.

Crushed coral rinsed. Undergravel filter has fine screen on it and flow will come up through substrate. I'll level the tank tomorrow. Fill it. Seed it with live rock. And it should be ready for my macros any time.
