Jebao wifi woes... problem using my iphone 5 SE connecting to jebao wavemaker. The app would not recognize the pump.
I went through all the wifi problem solving tasks and usual solutions.
What worked... using my wifes iphone 6 - hers connected with no problem. She used my jebao account and I when I logged into it with my iphone 5 I was able to use the program.
Fast forward 6 months... we both have iphone 13s now, when I upgraded, I had the phone copy everything over (Amazing!) all apps worked no probs...
purchased jebao wifi/manual doser - same problem, using my phone my app would not recognize the doser!!!
used my wifes phone, and no problem - same solution and am able to use with my phone as well
so I reset/removed the doser and pump from the app, wiped out everything jebao from my phone and my wife's. deleted the app, reboot phones start from scratch and the problem persists... something about that first install from my iphone 5 has latched on like DNA. I'm not about to wipe the phone/reset so...
just thought I'd share if anyone else might be having problems connecting, try your better half's or your kid's or a friend's phone, it just needs to get added to your account using your wifi and you're good to go.
