love how Google nexus 7 auto spelling put chain then Chian and not looking at the text before posting my bad

Yup, fragtastic reef will be getting them in in a couple weeks. From the way it looks though there isn't a warranty no matter who you order from, but at less than a $100 it's prolly worth the risk;)

Not true . A buyer I know of had a problem and fish street is taking care of the issue .I know they are in HK but at least it's being fixed .

I want to read the reviews a year from now and see if everyone is still singing their praises. I'm still sceptical of these. Sure they start off great, but do they really have the longevity? Only time will tell.

I seen these on my buddies tank. I was amazed at the wave produced. Puts my TUNZE Wavebox to shame. I'm picking up my new 300 gallon rimless in a couple weeks. I plan on using these as the only form of water movement. I hope these pumps stand the test of time. Anyone got any videos.James

Guys, we reefers in Houston doing a group buy.
We have to get/order 100 or more and the price will be $57 per pump.
I'll get four for my new frag tank as I run on my DT MP40's and 60's.

Hey Diesel, Whens the group order? I would like 4 as well. James

Group buy is going on as we speak.
Thing is they all will be shipped to Houston and from there on around the States.
It's a pre-paid order.
The same person is under the same name here on R2R.
We have ppl ordering from San Antonio and the Dallas area I believe.
Not sure How many we already got in a few hours but the last news was 25+.

Jebao WP-40 group buy!

I can tell you this you will only need one or two of the wp they move a ton of water

THESE POWERHEADS ARE BEASTLY!
i replaced one mp40 and 2 1250 aqueons on one side of the tank with one wp40, and the results are impressive.

tonight when i get home ill install another to see what im going to like.

... on another note i might have a mp40 for sale

From what I've seen they push a whole lot of water. Really pushes the water around. My LFS already has a display model up and running to determine whether or not to keep them in stock. So far they seem to like the amount of water it pushes. So they said they might be carrying these soon.

For the $ its a powerful pump. Don't like the power cord showing in the water but no different than a Tunze and this is where the MP's have the upper hand (and a little more compact). I ordered the optional driver as the supplied one is just to much. I then ditched the controllers and hooked them up to my Profilux to have full control and make them comparable to the MP's wave options etc.

Which controller? I basically wrote the tutorial on how to do it via an Apex. I feel like I'm the only one in the world who has done it so far.
