Im using the small tubing on both lines

The only push connect fitting I have on the reactor is on the outlet end on the reactor the inlet has a compression fit
And yes im using the smaller tubing it came with... not the bigger tubing
The 1/8 has 1/4” od and the 1/4 id has 3/8 od
My guess is that the compression fitting on your CaRx is compatible with 1/4” ID tubing. So run the 1/4” ID tubing from the swapped compression fitting on the output of your CaRx to the 1/4” to 1/8” hose connector and attach the 1/8” side of that connector to the input side of your Kamoer pump.
If you can’t swap fittings, order the 1/4” stem adapter I linked to above. Also, if you are able to swap fittings, use Teflon paste, Plasto Joint Stik, or at minimum, Teflon tape to make sure the swapped fittings don’t leak air.
