How many tabs are you using per gallon of water?

Anxiously awaiting your updates! My tank is becoming overrun with anthelia and am really close to trying fluke tabs, too. Would like to hear of your results, too.

I haven't dosed the fluke tabs yet. I'm selling at a frag swap in a month, so I don't want to run into problems and lose any of the frags. I also want to sell off my softies instead of having to house them in another tank. Then, if I run into problems, I'll at least have some cash to cover a portion of my losses. Once I go through with it, I'll be sure to update the thread!

Is there anything other than RBTA is should remove from my tank. I am ready to kill off some blue Cloves. And are these the tabs your referring to.

Those should work, I would remove any snails, crabs and shrimp that you can, some will make it probably but don't count on it.

It's funny you guy's are all trying to kill blue cloves and here I am LOOKING for blue cloves and cant find them ANYWHERE down here and I dont have the $ to pay for shipping them to order online

I am just starting my reef and have added all four of the pesky 'weeds'. anthelia, kenya tree, Blue clove, and GSP....now I'm nervous LOL
Better get me a couple fluke tabs just in case :tongue:

Day 3 they were easily blown off the rocks with a turkey baster for me. Day 4 they were falling off on their own.

Today the sympodium is actually open a little. The close polyps def r getting there butts kicked.. I turned off gfo/carbon and kept skimmer going for 02 but not removing any skimmate..

update 2 days in. Ok the BCP looks terrible but I do believe the sympodium will make it. I have used 3/4 of a tab on net 65 gallons. I am sure if you upped the dosage it would take it out but at this dosage I do believe it will survive..

I thought you mentioned your sinularia didn't take well to the treatment? I am OK with losing a few snails and my shrimp but wouldn't want to lose that. Maybe I can have a friend baby sit for me. Same with the shrimp if I can catch it. I have a beautiful neon green one that I would hate to lose but the cloves are popping up everywhere.
