Light for anenomes

It’s all about the right bulb combo, I’m not arguing against LED. Everyone seems to jump on them like there hot cakes. I’ll stick with tried and true. Don’t forget I am running a kessil. I won’t use a single light source . I will always do a mixture.

And thats MHO,
For a 29 if cost isn’t a factor why not run both? There really is no need to discredit one light type over another, just sharing my experience that my anemones didn’t like just led.

I’m getting explosive growth and color with a combo and good health. After all that’s what we all aim to achieve! Truly it’s in the eye of the beholder!

I definitely love the T5 LED combo. The growth has been proven with T5 and the colors and shimmer out of LEDs is nothing you can get out of another light source.

Do you have a controller for kessil already? If not you could consider getting one! Gave me a whole lot more control! Ps anemone tanks are bad ***!
I have an apex so it will be hooked up to that. My other light is but its not set on a ramping mode yet i need to get it done.
And i may try the a80 on ny 15 gallon and move that a160we to the 29
