I guess there is a little confusion, I'm not talking about a 1/4" piece. I asked if a 1" piece was going to be worth $4,000 and I was told no it will sell for $6,000 all day. So i guess if I reword this how many of you would be lining up with $6,000 for a 1" frag when one of the LT frags grows to an inch and becomes available? Anyone can pay $1500 for a frag, shoot I've paid over a grand for many frags, I have a JD, all the JF montis I spend money, i just feel like $6,000 a frag selling all day long sounds off.

That is why a frag is $1500 not $6000.

i have a couple people lined up for frags but like I said mine is extremely slow grower. Very finicky in placement but when it's happy I don't think you'll find a piece that is as colorful in any light. The piece is just awesome but 6k for a 1 inch piece is correct. And unlike other pieces I have purchased the prices are going up on this.
I think the handful of us that have it will agree it's an amazing piece even without the blue lights and/or photoshop.

To me personally this frag falls in the same category as a $7,000+ clownfish. If you dont want it, dont buy it. But you can bet your last dollar SOMEONE will.

Its a gorgeous piece, it'll stand out in anyone's tank HOWEVER it is pricey. My friend bought one in a pack for $1400 or so and it is quite small BUT she was ecstatic about it and still is.
A one inch frag of it is almost unheard of because of how expensive it would be(as the OP was told). I love the thing but I certainly wouldnt but a one inch frag lol maybe in a year or two I'll get a 1/4 inch and be happy

Again, you will not get a 1" piece for 1500. If you do see that let me know because I'll give them 2k for it

Basically ^^^^ tiny frags are $1400ish. It takes forever to grow and it looks super nice, supply and demand ladies and gents

I can't wait till getting this piece in my tank. Just hope it can get the color that been shown. If it take forever to grow, at least the market won't be floored like mushroom.

To each their own, never in a million years would I personally spend that money on a frag. But like they say "a sucker is born everyday"

Ben is a solid vendor and guy. Been buying from him and will continue to buy. Loony is the hottest ticket in town. Pay or walk away. The math seems solid to me.
