It's hard to answer such a varied question with the limited information you've provided.
What exactly is perfect water?
Any changes, additives, new lights, etc?

All died at the same time?

My nitrates and nitrites are 0 ppm, ammonia is at 0, mag, ion, alk, ph and calcium are absolutely perfect... everything was perfect since the build
I did reduce 10% of my light because I notice a little bleaching on my hammer

Lps needs trates and a lil po4...
Your tank is running too clean, but that wouldn't cause so much sudden loss.
something else is awry

Did they died all at once or over a period of time? Did you spot feed them? Your NO3 at 0 couldn't have helped. May have starved to death.

Check ammonia, alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, double check temperature.
Did you make any changes recently? Add or change and gfo? Water change?
Do you have anything that might eat LPS like angels, butterflies, peppermint shrimp?
Do you have a picture?

What is your definition of perfect? Your temp fluctuation 78 - 80 is not a huge deal, but should aim to have less fluctuation as much as possible.

My tank had 2 margaritas snails, 4 scarlet hrrmits and a fire fish.... temp stays 78 in the am and 80 at night. Ammonia, alk, calcium, mag, and ph always stayed the same never had a swing... didn't add anything or removed

Damsels are hardy, that's why it's living.
You have metals/toxins in your tank, or stray voltage is my guess if everything is dying at once

Sounds like some kind of contaminant to me. Have you tried putting in some fresh carbon?
I dont run carbon.. my filtration is a bag of purigen, bio pellets and a sponge with filter floss on top. I have no types of metals in the tank

It sounds like something (soap, heavy metals from a magnet or something, air freshener, etc) is contaminating your tank. Can you do a water change and add a bag of carbon to see if you see improvement? Additionally, as another poster said, you will want to make sure your nitrates and phosphates aren't at 0, that is too low for corals, especially for LPS and it could be starving them.
