im just waiting on an oppertunity to make the trip but our scheduals are clashing at the moment. also ive got the mony up to go pick up some trashcans this weekend thank you though. i think my buddy might be able to this weekend but i have to get some days off or be out there befor 2 because i work at 4 every night. if you would like to come down and bring it with you you could come in and eat the best chinese food in town for the last 30 years lol . and maybe you could give some input on my bosses tank

you know we have had club meetings there before.

I'm not sure who maintains that tank, but tell your boss i'll do it way better for cheaper. I always sit there while i'm waiting on my to go orders thinking.... if your going to put a tank in a resturant it needs to be clean.... dirty tank makes you wonder about the kitchen... anyways i'll digress and hope i haven't offended whomever currently maintains it.

well come on know im there every day and trust me im trying i finally got him to get his water tested and wow no wonder he couldnt keep a coral ph was realy low i want to say under 7.5 cal was threw the roof over around 600 hundred alk and mag were also out of wack so upon that we changed 25 gal of water day befor yesterday and the torch already is coming back around. so that dissolving block is out and for the next month there will be weekly 25 gal water changes allot of moving rock opening everything up for more caves instead of a wall that lets detriuts build. then comes the fun part of getting xenia brown polyps and what not out of the way for a colorful restock. i think i have him convinced as well to try out the 150wat 20 k radium but i have to check the ballest type if its magnetic ill tell him to try the xm 20ks it will be a slow procces but trust me im working on it. and im in there everyday almost and spend an hour looking checking cleaning the glass moving anything snails have knocked over and so on one of the main reasons for fraging most things from my tank were to take over there and try to get him more intrested he loves looking at it but hates paying to maintain it and honestly i aggre he was being charged way to much for the tank to look they way it did so needless to say he will no longer be coming. but once par's are in check i think we should make a small frag pack for him. i dont know if you are good friends with the owner but he is a great man and has been there for almost 30 years. and in those thirty years hes helped so many people and the community in his own ways. he also gives me more hours to support my reefin habbit lol

Sounds like a good guy! Maybe you can arange a club meeting at his restraunt. We can all take a look at the tank, bring him some cool additions and have some great food! We usually do a restraunt for the christmas time meeting so maybe thats an option.

yeah ill speak to him but ii know once he gets some color in there he will love so much more after staring at brown for 10 years lol and the mangrove seems to be adjusting i have a regular florecent grow light and a regular light bulb over it right now and its sitting in my overflow box till i get everything plumbed in for it. the leaves seem to be hanging alittle but we shall see

thats what i was figuring but i would like the leaves to stay lol but i will be making a 6 to 7 inch mud and araganite bed for it in its own fuge do you think the roots would thrive being in a deep mud bed.
