One of those $20 amazon led grow light (flat panel) velcro’d to the glass. I have got the doors but waiting to finish everything to put them on. Still have to figure out a good way to mount all the electronics.

The $20 refugium light is working well. Ten days ago I placed a baseball size clump of chaeto and it’s already quadrupled in size

How do you like the orpheks? I plan on building a 190 soon and have been looking in to using them. Are they the compacts or full size?

I have two full size orphek. I love them bjt i wish i could mount them higher. I dont get a perfect spread over the whole tank front to back the way they are now

I bought this same light about two weeks ago on sale for $13! It has been working great! A lot of growth from the chaeto I put in. For anyone interested in it, it’s currently on sale again on Amazon for $12!

Question for you Manny, could you give me a sense for how often your heaters are running? I have the Waterbox 170.4/5 and find that my dual 300 watt heaters run way more than I suspected. I live in Michigan and I would say that 1 heater runs 40-50% of the time. And it’s summer time....

I have my orpheks mounted 16" above the water. It looks like t5 but with but with led movement. Your mounting is one of the best looking but I wonder if you could get someone to build some leg extensions to raise it up or maybe some diffusers. Tank looks awesome, love the scape and aside from the damaged panels looks like things are going well.
