Manny's Waterbox 190.5 build/progress

This will be my second tank. Currently have a red sea reefer 170 and decided to upgrade to a 5' tank. Decided to go with the waterbox over the red sea because of the features (glass overflow, gate valve).

Ordered my tank November 20th and received it a month later.

I've a wee little Waterbox but am very happy with it.

Waterbox was super quick to respond and sent me a replacement panel on the same day I contacted them

There was also some damage to the sump but i don’t really care about because i am going to modify the sump to fit a clarisea filter rolls

My replacement panel arrived today and unfortunately it is damaged. Going to have to wait another week. I’ve contacted waterbox already. Their customer service is really good

Bought two extra rolls of filter. Weirdly they are much smaller than the one that came with the clarisea. They’re all 25m

Stock plumbing is really good but i will need to modify the main drain to fit into the clarisea filter roller

You will love the NYOS it’s virtually silent and works very well.

I really like the aquascaping as well.

Removing the first filter sock holder took forever and I managed to cut myself twice. Still worth it
